Returns & Exchanges

You can return your item and receive a refund to the original method of payment within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned in the original selling condition with the tags attached, otherwise will be refused. After 30 days, we no longer accept returns.

Exchanges can be made after 60 days as long as the item is in the original selling condition with the tags attached, otherwise will be refused. 

Mail-In Returns Policy:

Customers have the option to return items by mail.

 However, customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to Tricolour. Once the returned item has been received and inspected for quality, a refund will then be processed.

Please note that customers are liable for the safe return of the shipped merchandise.

For all returns or exchanges:

• Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.
• All original tags must be attached.
• You must present a valid receipt.

No exceptions will be made unless a wrong item is received and/or damaged prior to purchase.
